Right of withdrawal

Return period

You have the right to return your order within 14 days of receiving your goods. In this case, please contact me by email at maisonhayst@gmail.com

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

- Custom-made or personalized orders

- Candles that have already been lit or have signs of use

- Wax melts: the returned product must contain the full original quantity/weight

Return costs

The buyer is responsible for shipping costs for returns. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss of value. Returns have to be insured.

Refund

Once I receive your return, I will inspect the goods. The refund will be made to the original payment method you used for your order.
